Emma Alviti creates a unique range of luxury cushions, fabric wall hangings, modern wall art and wash bags. Each design starts with hand painted artwork which she creates in her Manchester studio. Her textiles are printed and made in the UK in small batches, using natural linens and cottons, resulting in beautifully simple and tactile soft furnishings perfect for contemporary homes.
Celebrating joyful moments
Emma Alviti’s designs are inspired by the moments in life that bring joy, with the hope that they in turn bring joy to the homes they become a part of. Her interior decor products feature playful yet sophisticated prints and patterns, with a focus on minimal, natural simplicity and beautiful colour combinations. This results in a range including abstract cushions, houseplant fabric wall hangings, mountainscape wash bags and vase wall art.
Environmentally conscious textiles
Being as environmentally friendly as possible is a really important part of Emma Alviti’s small business. All the homewares are made in Britain and produced in small batches, this helps support British industry, reduces the carbon footprint and limits waste. Additionally, any smaller off-cuts of fabric get made into smaller items and form Emma Alviti’s Waste Not collection of unique pouches, make-up bags and lavender bags. The linen and cotton fabrics chosen are from natural fibres, avoiding the use of synthetic fabrics where possible. This environmentally conscious approach is something that Emma constantly seeks to improve upon.
