Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail. All textile items (eg; cushions, wall hangings and wash bags) are sent using Royal Mail Signed For service, Royal Mail Tracked, Parcel Force Express or DPD so please ensure you give a daytime delivery address. All wall art and cards are sent using Royal Mail standard service.

International delivery

Europe

Delivery to the rest of Europe is £10 per order and is via Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. Please note cushions will be shipped without inners.

Rest of the world

Delivery to the rest of the world is £15 per order and is via Royal Mail’s International Tracked and Signed service. Please note cushions will be shipped without inners.

Please note any duty or taxes added at customs for international orders are the duty of the buyer.

Your orders are dispatched from my home studio in Manchester, UK.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect address information, may be passed on to the customer. I shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages, which result from an incorrect address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond my control can delay the delivery date. I cannot accept liability for any inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Returns

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact me by email before shipping your item back. I am unable to accept returns without prior written consent so please do not send any items back without contacting me first. I am unable to cover the costs you incur of returning unwanted goods, these costs are to be paid by the customer. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the goods in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging where possible. Once I have received the goods, they will be checked and providing they are in an unused and resalable condition, a refund will be processed. Refunds can only be made to the card used as original payment and will take up to 7 days to be credited back to you. When returning items by post, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods being damaged or lost in transit. Please note I do not offer returns on sale items.

Faulty or damaged goods

Every order is inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the correct condition. Please note due to the small batch production and the use of natural fibres, there can sometimes be inconsistencies in the products, this is part of the charm of the process and any possible inconsistencies are listed under each product. Please consider this before placing your order. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible as I can only accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods will be inspected and if found to be defective, you will be offered a replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
